I'm beyond angry at this location. Ordered 4 burgers and 2 large fries, got all the way to huffman and when my hubby opened the bag, no fries. How hard is it to count? You all want raises, but you can't count 2 large fries? Had to drive all the way back and all I get is, "Sorry, here's your fries", yet on the window it says if they forgot your receipt you get a free dessert? How about me wasting my gas to come back for my fries which cost almost 4 a fry? Ridiculous. Learn to count. Seriously.

Absolutely terrible service. We were waiting in the drive thru lane at 3:30 on a Saturday afternoon for at least 12 minutes on one order. Then, when it's my turn, the burgers aren't even warm. Disgraceful. So I went inside and gave them their burgers back and got my $ back. Will not be returning to this establishment.

Always end up at Carls Jr. on Abbot around 10:30 pm. Food is always hot and prepared exactly as ordered. The best jalapemo burger ever, and the guacamole burger is amazing, as well. Service is fast, professional and staff is super friendly.
