Yesterday, around midnight, I experienced an unpleasant situation. I work as a delivery courier and, as usual, arrived to pick up an order for a customer. When I got to the restaurant, I saw that the drive-thru line had wrapped around the building. I waited for more than 30 minutes but never even reached the ordering microphone. My patience ran out, and I had to cancel the order. Wanting to understand the delay, I drove up to the window and asked a simple question: “Guys, why is it taking so long to process orders? I’ve been waiting for over half an hour just to pick up an order worth $4!” In response, one of the employees rudely said: “Do you want me to spray gas in your face?Come in” I find this behavior completely unacceptable. Like other couriers, I am simply doing my job. Delivery is my main source of income, and these situations happen regularly. After 10 PM, the lobby is closed, which leads to massive lines forming outside. Sometimes, we have to wait over 30 minutes just to pick up food. Meanwhile, the customer who placed the order has no idea that the courier is stuck in a long wait. By the time the food is finally picked up, it has already gone cold and lost its quality. What’s the point of fast food if it becomes inedible before it even reaches the customer? I urge you to address this situation and bring some order to the process. Additionally, staff should be reminded of proper communication etiquette with both customers and couriers.

Prices are getting stupid high. Food seems to be staying around the same quality but the value is really declining because of the prices going well past reasonable. If they cut ALL prices by 1/3 it would be a little more reasonable. They would have to cut prices by 1/2 to get closer to old values.

No self service kiosk like there in any another McDonald's. And there wasn't any ice tea in the lobby because a random older dude before me had what looked like a donated reusable shopping bag with 2 one gallon milk jugs & 4 large cups from circle K that he proceeded to take all of the sweet tea.
