I made an order where there was a free McChicken. I picked up the order, got into the car, opened it, there was 1 McChicken. They just took it, threw it in a bag and didn't even apologize. There are a lot of homeless people and it stinks.

They accidentally gave our order to someone in drive thru. We waited for 15 minutes to get our order because of their error. They did not apologize or even care. Very poor customer service.

I guess I shouldn’t politely ask them not to overfill the coffee, they didn’t put any bacon on my “1 Bac Egg Ch Biscuit M1Hb” I didn’t ask for an egg biscuit.
