Terrible all around. The app said to go to the drive thru, thinking it would be quick. It was not ready, they never had the order from the start. Was told to go in and see if they had it in the front. There wasn’t our order, there was four people standing in line saying they had been waiting for over 30 minutes with no service. I saw plenty of workers “working” and by working I mean standing around standing at random walls or machines. We canceled the order we had made, went to McDonald’s and had our food within 2 minutes. Save your time and money.

It’s like none of the employees have ever worked in this restaurant before. They were slow walking around behind the counter trying to figure out what to do. It’s like they were trying not to notice the line forming behind the register. No one took our order or even acknowledged our presence. We ended up ordering via the app while standing in the restaurant bc no one helped us. Nothing was made and half the items were not in stock! I watched one employee walk in to start his shift. He started “working” without even washing his hands! There was NOTHING fast about this place. Waited 30 minutes on a burger, nuggets and fries. I will never eat here again.

It took me 40 minutes in the drive thru to get my order taken and the person who i talked to didn't smile or anything. I also got less nuggets than I ordered and the sauce wasn't properly on them either. They weren't even busy but they were not good workers. They wasted my time.
