Service sucks here. Rude people and always forget to give you your whole order. There was a car in front of me who they forgot to give them their drink. Cashier lady said they left, but in reality, when you tell someone, "Have a good day," it means that you gave them all of their food and they can leave. I'll rather drive the extra 3 minutes to McDonald's and at least know I'll get all of the food that I paid for.

Friend got nasty food poisoning from undercooked chicken sandwiches. Chili cheese fries had almost nothing on them. Will not be ordering delivery from here again.

This has become the worst and slowest Wendy’s in the state. I work near by and used to go here frequently for my lunches. Over the last several months they have messed my order up countless times and have become progressively slower. The last two times I’ve gone I have left their drive up without ordering today I waited at the order window for 5 mins without anyone saying a word. Not even a be with you in a minute. I will not wait in line for 20-30 mins with only 5-6 cars from me to the pickup window. I have called North-Wend Foods left messages with their head of operations and never hear anything back. It’s clear since the service continues to decline they do not care whatsoever. Today was the last time I will visit any Wendy’s in our state. It’s sad when McDonald’s and Burger King are faster and serving fresher food and the correct orders every time but not Wendy’s.
