It's a convenient stop since it's along my drive but it's super unreliable. Often a long wait and not uncommon to have my order wrong. Last time I went there I waited for 10 minutes at the speaker and no one ever spoke. Was the only one in line and could see the workers inside. One even gave me a thumbs up. Drove around to the window and no one came to the window. It was 2 hours before closing time.

You can sit at the drive-through for 5 minutes before they address you, and they'll randomly close it early even if you're already at the speaker. Combined with missing or incorrectly preparing items with alarming frequency, it's a wonder that I even try to come here anymore. The fact that it's a Wendy's instead of any other burger chain is the only saving grace.

Waited for over 20 minutes in drive through watching employees smoking vapes and others just running around in store.. one of the worst places to eat from and this is the burger I got delivered to me from this store worse place to come....
