I purchased the double whopper combo with cheese no tomatoes large sized with a sprite no ice... seems simple, right? Wrong... I was given a regular whopper combo without cheese and extra tomatoes... I didn't realize this until I got to work, which was ten minutes away. I called the restaurant and was told that if I had a receipt, they would replace it... I was not given a receipt nor a bag tag... nothing... I explained this, and they literally said, "Oh well, we can't help you!!" Also, the food was thrown in the bag, and the onion rings were so hard they were not edible.

2-27-25 11:25pm No type of customer service. Pull up to the mic to order, card or exact change. No problem, as I start to order. 3 bacon melts meals. Cashier, They discontinued but the sign still up clear as day. Cashier Let me see what we got that. I order whopper meals, cashier we don't have any. We out of meat. Well why are y'all still open if you don't have anything to serve. Poor business I do not recommend to anyone.

Dined on a Sunday evening around 7pm. Clean dining room, friendly staff, hot sanswiches, fries, onions rings, and Jalepeno Cheddars bites. Ketchup and requested condiments came with order. All fountain drink flavors were available and perfectly carbonated sodas. Best BK experience in years.
