So I’m out of town for work and I was downtown and hungry. I got on Google and this restaurant appeared first. It had lots of good reviews so I went and got some food to go. Let me just say that I was BLOWN AWAY by the quality and price! Everything was AMAZING!! I got one of their 40+ milkshakes (cappuccino was my flavor of the night). I also want to give you a big shout out to Sarah who totally helped me out and steered me in the right direction. Customer service is few and far between now days and Sarah really cares about this establishment. Anytime someone goes above and beyond I always like to call them out on how great their service was. She is definitely a core employee who needs a raise! Lol. Thank you for the great food and even better service!!

The person in the window let go of my milkshake before I got my hand on it and it fell into my car and spilled out. They handed me my food and said bye. I said "can I get my milkshake?" and she says "we can't remake it if you dropped it" what is wrong with y'all?? I was finally getting relieved that the service was going up from the trashy and short way I've been spoken to in the past. but nope!

The food is made upon order. The bag with the food inside is very hot when it's handed to you. I got the big double burger, and it was delicious. I also ordered a chili cheese fry, but I've had better at home. The fries were not seasoned, nor was the chili and cheese. I will most definitely eat there again, but I'll pass on the fries.
