This location has always been slow and iffy on food quality, but now I am unsure if it is even clean. During my visit yesterday, the person taking orders was coughing and sounded like they should not have been working. While in line, I noticed that two cars ahead of me was handed two bags that were handed back after being roughly gripped (clearly, it was the wrong order). When I pulled up, I was given an extremely crumpled bag, and after pulling away, I noticed the food wrapper was open. I am sure they handed my food to another customer, took it back, and just handed me the same food instead of remaking it. I will never go to this location again and would advise anyone else to avoid it at all costs.

From someone who visits this establishment every morning, they have by far the best staff around! I'm always greeted with a friendly, familiar face and they all know me and it's great to experience! Refreshing to see when good customer service is hard to find these days.

Woman taking orders was yelling and cussing at another customer didn’t answer my drive thru for 12 minutes to act like they are closed she does it most nights doesn’t matter if it’s 11,12,1,2,3. She’s always rude and then when you get your food it will be 25 minutes total. The food is awful don’t fill fries and they are cold they purposely smash the sandwiches and make them wrong. Cashier was even on FaceTime bragging she’s gonna fight a customer behind us. We stay at the Ronald McDonald house and our babies in the hospital and it’s sad that’s how yall are represented. Husbands orders missing stuff and made wrong my food is awful my drink isn’t even filled up.
