Worst place I have ever been. Took 43 minutes to prepare 4 burgers, the environment is so cold and everyone was angry due do the speed of the service. The burger is good, but came cold.

It wouldn't be so bad had the manager on duty had any customer service skills what soever. She was not only unprofessional rushing me out of the dining room at 945pm when they closed at 10. She obviously isn't just having a bad day either because other customers are complaining too. I met a total stranger in the parking lot who told me last night she tried to go inside to get food at 930 pm and the same manager was rude to her and would not let her come in the dining room because she "had just mopped the floors" I think if I hated my job that much, I would just quit and stay home. There's no point in bringing that negativity out in public and make everyone else miserable as you. Then, to top off my horrible experience the hamburger I ordered was terrible. The meat was hard and tough like beef jerky and the bun was hard and had clearly been sitting out all day long under heat lamps. It was all slipped together half-assed like everything else oun that dump of a store. I will never go back there again. I hope that managee gets over herself and learns to be happy. She does not need to work with the public that's for damn sure .

This gotta be the worst place to eat in this area.The wait time is long no matter if it’s only 2 people in line the food was horrible,I received a burger with sauce all on the wrapper and the burger buns was hard. The lady also stole money from me telling me the food was more than what she said at the window but she couldn’t even present me with my receipt.Please don’t take your family here to eat unless you wanna spend the next 30minutes finding somewhere else to eat.
