The majority of the employees are too busy standing around talking to worry about getting orders filled properly. They almost never get the simplest of orders correct; but they certainly can remember to ask if you want to round up your change to donate, and sometimes round it up anyway when you tell them you don’t want to. Today they left the hash brown out of my order—again—and I didn’t think to check the bag until I’d driven home. No matter. I won’t be going back again.

Ticket number 1374 on March 14th 8:19 am. Order 74, 2 egg McMuffins, one hash brown, one coke was my order. I sat there with no service, then a young lady walks around the corner hands me a random bag. I got 2 greasy biscuits with egg on it. That’s all! Don’t want a refund or free food. I want the manager to manage and fix the problem! Expedite the orders correctly!!!! At today’s prices you can’t afford mistakes or to lose customers. Fix it!!

I only gave food a four and not a five, because my food was free and thirty minutes old. I was just walking in for the second time, and this young man asked me if I wanted a meal. He said that it was made twice, and he didn't want it to go to waste.
