Review of Whataburger I’ve been to this Whataburger location multiple times, and every visit has been a positive experience. The staff is always gracious and kind, welcoming us warmly and giving us the time we need to make an informed decision about what we’d like to eat—even though I tend to stick to my go-to: the Number Five Bacon Cheeseburger Combo, no onions. On this particular visit, Ricardo took care of us, and his service was outstanding. He was incredibly attentive, checking on us several times during our meal to ensure we had everything we needed. Ricardo is a shining example of the excellent customer service that Whataburger is known for and continues to uphold. The food is always good—consistent, flavorful, and satisfying. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a great meal in a welcoming atmosphere. I know I’ll be back again, many times in the future!

Food was great. Restaurant was very clean. I would like to give Corey a shoutout for his excellent customer service! He was so polite and helpful since I had never been to a Whataburger. Wish I could get this kind of customer service everywhere.

It was a swing and a miss. I walked in at breakfast to lunch changeover time and asked if breakfast was still available. The employee rolled her eyes at me and said yes. I ordered my food and paid. The Dr pepper was out. The lemonade was out. The unsweet tea was out. The diet Dr pepper was out. The tables had food on them from previous customers. The floor had torn up napkin on it. The bathroom has a broken soap dispenser. When our food came out it was missing part of the order. We told the staff and waited 5 minutes and no more food. We went to the counter and asked about the food and they had forgotten. We finally got our food and left. It is pretty obvious nobody really cares including the owner.
