Always enjoy eating at this brand, however this time the bathroom (specifically the toilet) was dirty and my to-go order was slow. Just ordered a double hamburger with ketchup and pickle, and probably at least 5 minutes between giving my order and walking out. Even the cashier commented on it. The staff was pleasant though.

They give a a real old chicken sandwich when I went up there to show them they just shut the window in my face and as a manager that is so unprofessional YALL NEED BETTER WORKS THIS FOOD WAS SO HARD AND OLD

I've been to cook-out a few times and have been less than impressed by the service here. The employees are excessively rude and they rush you through your order. The cashier at the window, Carley, is terrible and has a very bad attitude. Yanking money out of your hand and basically throwing your food in your face. 0/10 won't be back
