I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN RUNAWAY AND GO TO MCDONALDS AS FAST AS YOU CAN. This was the only place open around 12 so I drove pretty far out to try this place. Pretty much got my order completely wrong I ordered a bacon cheeseburger as you can see I have neither on my burger. I don’t recommend anyone coming here Checkers has better communication skills, service, and food.

Worst experience ever! Food took over half an hour to come out, even though it was just 2 burgers and jalapeño cheese fries. Others had been waiting for over an hour!!! They gave no answer as to what’s taking so long. Tables were STICKY, nasty and filled with crumbs! Ice- machine wasn’t working. Then the finale, food comes out and burgers are a JOKE. Patty is the size of my pinky, didn’t listen to us about toppings asked for everything except Mayo, got only lettuce. No tomatoes, pickles nothing. Jalapeño cheese fries portion was a joke in a hot dog box. Don’t know why the service was horrible all around today. Staff looked equally confused as to what their job is.

I went on a road trip across the South and was recommended I try Cook Out. How much did we like it? We liked it so much we ate there 4 times in 8 days. The food is unbelievable, the shakes are divine, and the prices seem to come from 2004 and not 2024. For this location, I had the Tray with a Cheddar style burger with onion rings and a chicken quesadilla, plus a side of cheese bites, along with a chocolate malt + Oreo shake. I don't live anywhere near a Cook Out, but will be thinking about this place until I find my way back to one. Cook Out- PLEASE come to Texas.
