Ugh 😑. What in the everloving square hamburger is going on here? I just don’t understand this restaurant. I love the concept: the burgers, the corn pups, the “pick 5” type specials. But the service is always baaaaaad! This time I saw one young lady standing behind the counter about 6 feet back toward the fryers. She just stood there looking at me. Never said a word. She had a headset on so I thought maybe she was talking to someone in the drive-thru. Nope. This went on for minutes. Long story short, I finally ordered and the food was just ok. I sincerely wish this wasn’t the case because I really do like Krystals. Again, ugh.

Just terrible! I guess there’s a reason there is never a line at the drive thru . I don’t know which was worse: the food, the service, or the atmosphere? The food was cold, despite me being pulled forward in the drive-thru; my burger bun was grey and mushy! the atmosphere was cold and quiet; and the service was just disgusting! Nothing but rude and attitude! My drinks were handed to me messy as well! I couldn’t even get bare minimum like ketchup or a receipt, after asking for one because their “system was down”!! Never going back here!

Wet bun, average coke, soggy meat and cold meat, worst part the fries they were below atrocious. I can definitely say without a doubt this place is dog water definitely needs to change into a Waffle House I for one am not happy with the service and I hated the tone the workers uses. Hope this helps…
