Terrible . Not too busy waited a little while. Didn't receive all of my order. Rude customer service. And the food needed to be thrown straight into the trash. Inconsistent temperature. Meat was ice cold. Or the bun was rock hard. . Had to throw most of it away or feed it to my dog. When will people wake up and shut these places down. There isn't even food in any of this garbage , why Americans think this is suitable for consuming?. It looks like a decomposed rat inside this meat like square they place inside a hard bun. Wake up!

Rude management. The cashier charged me, took payment, then told me,WE AINT GOT NONE! I asked for ketchup for my fries. THE black customers in the dining room had ketchup on their plates. Could have been my Caucasian appearance. Never going back.

Ordered a combo paid for my food and was told to pull up and she would bring it out to me. Brings my food out I leave and notice I'm missing my tots so I go back only to be told they are out of them. Ok could have said that when I ordered!! Oh and the manager isn't very friendly either!
