I usually don't give negative feedback, especially not for Chick-fil-a, but this specific location provided a very unpleasant experience. While I was waiting in line, a previous customer jumped ahead in line and it seems there was a mix-up with their order and instead of assisting her in a polite manner the Manager was arguing loudly with this elderly lady and all customers waiting were visibly uncomfortable. While he (the manager) was taking my order he was not fully attentive as he was multitasking and I had to repeat my order. Despite this my order (which was set down on my phone rather than the cleared off space on the table???) was still incorrect and cold. I ate it regardless to avoid any further chaos. While I ate my meal the Manager was at the register loudly discussing the supposed demeanor of the customer previosly mentioned. I found it extremely rude to be discussing a customers behavior in front of others customers regardless of whether they are in the wrong - ESPECIALLY coming from a manager!!!!

I ordered 12 piece chicken nugget meal When I got home and looked at the food to eat it. The order was wrong. I live 45 minutes outside of this location and couldn't afford to make a trip back. Smh, pay no mind to the misspelling of Shaun. 😂 I'm still shining ✨️ 😎

I arranged a pick up catering order for our physician practice and realized one of our trays was accidentally not included. I called in to see if we could come back and pick it up. I spoke with Gabe who was very nice and helpful. He apologized several times and said they wanted to bring it to us. I thought that was very generous. They brought it right away. Fannie delivered the tray and she too was very nice and helpful. She apologized as well several times and made sure we had everything that we needed. Things sometimes happen which is definitely understandable, especially with such a high paced environment. Their customer service is so great and they created such a positive experience. I have also went in several times before and have never had a bad experience. It's very obvious that customer service and satisfaction is very important to them!
