Jack’s restaurants are a Southern take on fast food, with biscuits and other classic Southern sides. My husband chose the two piece fried chicken meal with coleslaw and mashed potatoes, and I had a grilled chicken burger. I love the high-quality shakes!

Definitely mixed feelings for this location. Food is good. They are fast and are rarely busy in the mornings which is when I would want jacks. The problem is, I’m not getting what I’m paying for. For example when I order a side of grits,I want more than 1/3 of the amount that is supposed to be in that bowl. I’ve attached pics on what I’m talking about. I ordered two sides of grits. The first picture is what they consider a side of grits and the other picture is the two sides of grits I got (combined into one of the bowls by me)and the bowl still isn’t all the way full like other locations would serve it as. I’m not wanting something for free, I’m just simply wanting what I’ve just paid for. That should not be too much to ask but it seems more and more your lucky to get decent quality food at all.

Awesome place to go if you have an hour to sit in a drive thru for cold chicken and hard biscuits and a rude person at the window. If you enjoy this, you will LOVE it here !
