Approximately 10 minutes ago, a friend of mine went through the drive thru and ordered food. The women working the window stated that she could not accept his change. It seems like this location has an issue with financial literacy and cannot count coins correctly as an adult.

I just went through the drive through... ordered two 10piece nuggets and a cookie tote. The nuggets are pure grease. I've called the store three times and No one will pick up.. Too greasy that's all you taste. I honestly feel like they double dipped the nuggets to appear fresh. I would've waited for fresh nuggets at this hour then to have money waisted. I'm so disappointed right now. To the trash they go and I'm still hungry and waisted money..Smh Yall need to do better! Update..... Still trash! Went today and they totally forgot my nuggets and refuse to pick up the phone. McDonald's use to be the best for customer service. Not anymore!!!!

My daughter wanted to come inside to play, so we dined in. I placed my order at 1:33pm. we got number 3 table identifier. After about 10 minutes of daughter playing I noticed an order was on the counter I saw the cashier place the food on the counter and look in the lobby but he did not bring the food as the kiosk machine said "take a number have a seat and a member will bring it to you". After another 10 minutes, I called the number on the receipt, but there was no answer 3 times. I kept noticing the cashier had no customers so he could have walked into the lobby asked who had number 3 if no one was in the lobby he should have come into the play room where you could clearly see guest with the table identifier in the window where they were seated!!!! He noticed a couple of times we were in the play area but still decided not to come from behind the counter! The manager was on her break. Once she got off her break, she noticed the food still sitting on the counter and brought us our food. She said she advised the cashier to check the play room, yet he did not, and she had to bring our food. This is sad for her to have had to do. I told her what you are reading now, and she apologized. McDonald's in this area really needs to shape up! This experience was not a good one for us. The rating would have been a perfect score had he done his job. But because the manager brought the food to us and made sure it wasn't cold, I have 2 stars. 5 for her service and atmosphere only because of good music playing
