My daughter and I normally come here to get food when I’m in Tuscaloosa; however, tonight (3/5/25) my daughter arrived to get her curbside order at 9:40p.m. and no one brought her order to the car. She noticed other people who came after her received their orders. She proceeded to the window and was told they were closed. Another person came to the window to let her know they were not closed and to go to the second window. She waited while she was ignored and individuals laughed. All of this while other people continued to arrive and get their food. This is unacceptable and rude. I called to speak with the manager on duty and I was told his name is Carson. Carson apologized and sent a digital gift card. It is not about the gift card but the disrespect that was displayed . On the phone I had to ask Carson if he felt something was funny because I heard him and others laughing. I will follow through with contacting corporate.

Food is consistently good. Chicken consistently tender and crunchy. Service always reliable and fast. I can always get my food, eat, and be back to work on time without going over my 30min lunch break.

My first trip about 2 yrs ago, was a little disappointing. I have vowed not to return. However, I was convinced to give it one more try. Man I am glad I did. I got a chicken finger box and I tell you, it was a totally different experience from my first visit. I ordered online to pickup at curbside. When I arrived, I waited no more than 2 - 3 min and my food was at my car. I ordered the chicken finger box and the jalapeno ranch sauce. It was well worth the 2nd try. Everything from the curbside service to the meal was excellent. I definitely will be back.
