The manager in there tonight with a black collar shirt with braids has a bad attitude. She serving cold food and had the nerve to get mad because I gave the fries back and wanted fresh fries. Just for us to get back home and have red weave in our food. I wish I could not rate it with a star at all.

The most disgusting, unprofessional, uncooperative establishment I have seen in a long time. Not only did they not have hand soap in restroom but they allowed their playplace to go unclean after a patron vomited there. Even after 30 mins and several other reports and children accidentally going in, they still did not clean it. This is a HAZMAT issue and I hope someone in addition to myself calls this in to report. The excuse I was given is that only maintenance swaps it out. DISGUSTING.

Open 24 hours, Friday night 10:30pm and we are traveling. I paid for 3 cheeseburgers and 2 coffees at the kiosk. After order was done, I waited, but then was told they had no coffee. I said I will wait, then the manager said it's too late for coffee. I said to canx my order and she said she couldn't. I asked how do I get my money back? She said she didn't know, I could get milk, hot chocolate or tea. I said no just the coffee. She said we are not making coffee. So now McDonalds has $11.00 of my money and no way to return it. She said if you pay at the kiosk it's a one way pay system. She can not open the drawer to refund my money. I asked why do you not have a sign up, NO COFFEE, and your by the interstate. I was told it was not necessary. Mcdonalds seams to have found a way to get your money with no options to give it back. Why don't they put up signs letting customers know there is no refund and they are not making certain items before letting customers pay for it?? Extremely disappointed in McDonalds and the managers issue with me when I asked for my money back. You pay at the kiosk, not my problem. Waffle House always has coffee. Thank you for another reason too not stop at McDonalds.
