This store is very slow and unprofessional. My family and I have stopped in here multiple times and every time it is a 30 plus minute wait and you always see people standing around doing nothing. Today we stopped and ordered 2 drinks, a pie and an ice cream cone. My wife went in after 15 minutes of waiting to see what was taking so long and they told us it would be out in a few. After another 20 minutes she went back in and they told her they had no cones for ice cream and no pies so instead of telling her that the first time they made us just wait longer while our drinks sat there getting watered down. Then the manager wanted to get rude with my wife when they had to go get him to do a refund for our order. If you can wait I would recommend going to another store or restaurant.

I ordered 2 McDoubles, one daily double, and a chicken sandwich. We got what is pictured below. The staff yelled and acted like I was interrupting them when I asked if my order was ready. The staff was cussing at eachother about an argument regarding scheduling. I have worked fast food, but that’s a poor excuse for food and service. One burger is even missing meat, it’s just sad. The app will not let us process for a refund, I would like to be contacted.

My Daughter & I went to McDonald's down 69 South on 2/16/25.Drive thru Customer Service was horrible.(not the $$ window-the food service window). Young Man at window wasn't polite at All,fries were cold had to wait over 10 minutes for fresh fries. Our sandwiches were sloppily made plus we had to ask for our beverages 2x. McDonald's yall need to do better in your hiring process. It's sad..
