Worst A&W store. Had Latte from here and the quantity was less. No foam at all, didn't feel like Latte. Also, asked for extra hot and it was not. This was my second time here, previously ordered a coffee and it was not fresh, tasted overly bitter and just warm. Avoid this place.

Kind staff and well done food and coffee. I order here often and this morning I dropped my entire order in my car - they replaced it for me without hesitation at no extra cost after I showed them what happened and seeing how frazzled I was as a result. That is the true definition of outstanding customer service.

Got a couple of the slider burgers and the buns were so stale, dry, and crumbly that they were inedible. How do you serve that?
