Great food and fast service. Wish the burgers were hotter but the fries are always fresh and tasty. Tried the new cotton candy shake, too sweet for me but the kids loved it. Must buzz to use the washrooms. Free parking and open late/24 hrs

I asked for my whopper to have NO PICKLES & NO MAYO What did the incompetent cook do? He added extra pickles and extra mayo!! Even though the receipt was correct! But yet again, management didn’t do anything to make it right when I complained.

I order food on the app. Twice I’m missing an item. I call the driver they tell me to call the store. I call the store & they want me to go in person to pick up. It’s winter, -20. It’s been snowing for days. I live 20 blocks away. I tipped $11:22 which I can’t seem to get back on the app now. The store told me to reorder or contact Uber & hung up on me. Uber refunded me $5, when I paid more than $5. Ordering from simple restaurants seems to be more complicated than necessary. I even rated them 5 star hoping for a good follow through ….
