As we have a large family, ordering for 7 people at a fast food restaurant is rarely easy. However, this trip proved to be the exception, our cashier Brenda was very helpful, making sure that we had everything that we ordered. Getting us to double check before we left to ensure that everything was there. Most fast food restaurants seem to be upset when we place a large order, but here we were thanked for our business, and actually felt appreciated as customers. Over all excellent customer service and decent food. Will definitely be back.

Ordered and paid in full form BurgerKing App, went to pick up order and found the store is closed. Can't even contact BK through the App. -Update: Contacted store the next morning and was promised to get the order back the next visit by staff Emi, will update again how this getting resolved...

Order from the drive thru about 30mins ago and came home really disappointed as my meal had pieces of plastic in my burger and the fries in my poutine tasted really old as if it were made yesterday. Didn’t even touch my poutine and after eating half my burger I chipped back my tooth on pieces of plastic. They also forgot few items on our order and when I gave them a call to submit my complaint it went straight to voicemail even though on the website says they are still open. My wife even felt sick after eating her poutine and had to throw it all out as it was not edible. I will try again to get a resolution as this is awful food and service.
