I don’t really like Arby’s but i tried it again and I had a good experience. The new look is really nice. Our food took a bit long longer because they were busy but it was fine, the food was fine, hot and fresh, the curly fries are amazing. I really love the drinks station options, so many good ones and I love that they had condiments, napkins etc there too, makes it very easy to grab anything you need. Very nice feel to the seating and arrangement of the store, brings up the whole experience. Staff was all friendly.

Didn’t get my order right. Asked for a roast beef and cheddar and got some buffalo chicken sandwich, they should be confirming orders at window like other fast food places. Unhappy customer and i understand mistakes happen but should be getting the right order

Don't let anyone tell you Lethbridge doesn't have fine dining experiences. I took a client here. The service was excellent. There was no line, the server was warm and welcomed us. We placed our order and let me say the food was up within five minutes. What did we order? The "Special". Two beef and cheddars for $10 with Horsey Sauce. We shared a small order of crinkle fries. They were made fresh, they were lightly but perfectly seasoned and were hot. So good. 🔥 The ambience was great. It was so clean and we had a good selection of seating as you can see. I know my client was impressed. As we were leaving he actually said, "I can't believe we went here." That is high praise. I love Arby's, but this experience was 💯. Follow me on Twitter (@Citizen004).
