If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I absolutely hate complain and when it comes to food, I am exceptionally easy to please. Everytime I come through the drive through they ask me if I’m collecting points and no matter my answer they always say “one sec” then I go through that a few times before I can finally actually start placing my order. Then again, no matter how loud I speak and how much I enunciate, it always takes a few tries to get my order right. Taking the time it takes me to start ordering and finish up to 10-20 minutes. This should never take more than a couple of minutes. Then after getting my food, it is so disappointing. For example today, they had me pull around to the front to make my hot chocolate mcflurry. Once I got it, it wasn’t even mixed. Both of our burgers had lettuce all over the top of the bun (the one in the picture is the better looking one) Let’s just say I’m done with this place and it’s absolute lack in food quality (which I didn’t expect much of in the first place) and drive through customer service.

Not the type to leave a bad review at McDonald’s of all places (I mean cmon what can you expect) but I was particularly peeved with today‘s service. They always ask you to park out front no matter what you order to keep their time up, but it ends up wasting the customer’s time. Today i ordered a measly 2 snack wraps, not even $10. I was asked to park out front only to find the parking lot already full of people who had been asked to park out front. I waited 15 minutes to get my order after watching the workers wander around the parking lot asking everybody what they ordered cause they can’t keep track of everybody asked to park. Such a silly process just to make head office think their drive thru times are quick.

Went through the drive through at 7:45pm. It wasn’t busy. Ordered a happy meal with a small Diet Coke and a small shamrock shake. Was handed the wrong order (twice) finally got my meal but was told to park to wait for the DRINKS. I pulled around and waited for TEN MINUTES. I finally just left, it was too cold out to go in and find out why it was taking over ten minutes to pour a small Diet Coke and a shake. Ridiculous
