It was awful. It is very clear that the employees prioritize the drive-thru over front counter. This makes sense. However, it is still important to treat everyone with respect. I went inside for supper and it took 10 minutes for the employees to acknowledge me. I looked at the screen by the drive-thru window and it showed that there were two cars in the drive-thru. So really, there was no reason for the employees to ignore me. The woman who took my order was not personable at all and I noticed another employee on the floor and she had an airpod in her ear. That is not professional at all. I am very disappointed in everything about this place. Their dining room was a mess too. All tables were dirty, and I can tell that the employees didn't stock the pop boxes because the fountain drinks were all watered down. These employees need to be more professional and personable.

Drive though: Both order boxes were empty so I picked the left box. An employee repeatedly asked for my order from the right box until another employee actually took my order from the side I was on. I paid at the first window and pulled up to the second window where I was asked 3 times to pull up to the third window which I couldn't because there was clearly an SUV that had been waiting at the third window for their order since before I arrived on the property. Once I finally got to the third window and waited a few more minutes an employee passed me a bag without saying a word. I checked my order which was wrong and put what I didn't order back on the ledge of the third window for them to deal with.

I have never had such a bad experience at a McDonald’s before. Yes, I’ve had bad experiences here before but never this bad. I ordered a kids happy meal (chicken mayo wrap, fries, small drink, and a toy). I watched them make my order and let it sit there and I had an employee just staying at me and I watched them have my food sitting there. As I was watching them make my food I seen they had put cheese on the wrap. I specifically ordered this wrap because it didn’t have cheese! 5-7 minutes went by and my food was still not given to me as they handed it to me I had asked them to make a new one without cheese. (I am unable to have cheese) it seemed like such a big issue for them and I explained to many workers that I specifically ordered this because it had no cheese. Suhpreet was the man person I was dealing with. And could not understand what I was saying when they finally made it right they then proceeded to not give me a cup for my drink. I spent over 20 minutes there dealing with this and I am not impressed. Now all of my food is cold and at the end of the day. When you are talking to someone they should understand what you are saying. It’s called fast food for a reason.
