Worst drive thru I have ever been to. Whoever works weekend is a complete joke. I sat at the order screen while four cars got their orders taken on the other side. I was pissed off. Then I swear I was shorted change. And finally my coffees were absolute garbage. Barely any cream and so many floaties it was so gross. We couldnt drink them. I was beyond upset. I am done with mcdonalds. I just wanted a decent place to get a coffee.

This is the only McDonald’s I will go to in red deer. It’s a little sketchy cuz it’s is downtown but I have never had a problem. I always get my food fast, hot, and correct!

I had a terrible experience at McDonald's recently. When I walked in, a Black female staff member told us to leave for no reason at all, which was completely uncalled for. The staff continued to be rude, swearing and making me feel extremely uncomfortable while I was trying to place my order. I was genuinely worried that they would mess with my food because of the way they were acting. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, and I will never be returning to this location again. Very disappointing. I really hope you check the staff and train them to be nice to the customers.
