Many years ago I was a manager of a McDonald's, over the years I have watched a lot of different McDonald's slack off in their cleaning and service. I was in town for a robotics competition this has been the cleanest McDonald's I have seen in a long time, and they even have a play park still.

The only reason they’re getting one star is because of the young lady that took my order super sweet girl very nice but five dollars for this pathetic looking hamburger that was probably cooked at 8 o’clock this morning. It’s so dry and disgusting and there’s nothing on the burger it slapped together like come on people its a kids HAPPY MEAL?!? “Nothing happy about that lol. It’s one thing too, give an adult left over Garbage and unfortunately I’ve gotten lots of that out of your McDonalds and that’s why I don’t usually order anything for myself I don’t want the disappointment or the aggression I feel when it’s so bad I can’t even eat it knowing I wasted my hard earned money on something I wouldn’t even eat … true I just don’t need to waste my time posting my bad food but a kid that’s excited about getting a treat??? Come on. “ You can do better than this.” Think what you can do selling these meals to help innocent children and their struggling families like myself and my son who spent 78 days in NICU when he was born in Calgary at 29.5 weeks so he was very early. I worked fast food from 14 to age 21. I could never serve anything I wouldn’t eat myself you have to have some form of a conscience, especially in the type of world we living in now, no matter what your own situation we are all struggling and hurting our own ways. Remember that because some parents only get to give their kids a treat like that once a year if they’re lucky don’t spoil it for them . THEY ARE CHILDREN AND THE MONEY FROM THESE MEALS BENEFIT THEM!!!

I went here and ordered Cola with no ice, Big Mac with extra sauce, and fries. The employee handed me the drink which had a little ice, however I didn't notice as she handed me the food before the drink. When I got home, I tasted the drink to notice it was either diet Cola or the syrup ran out of their machine, there was barely any Mac sauce, and the fries were (see photo). I normally check the bag for everything before driving away, however I was in a rush. I guess I'll have to be more diligent next time, or go to a different McDonald's.
