3pm came inside the facility with my family, they were not busy, ordered a lettuce wrap burger (I’m gluten intolerant) and server ask if someone has allergen, I raised my hand and she chuckled and mentioned it to the cook and he acknowledged (didn’t take offence when she chuckled). Then we got our orders and it was not lettuce wrap as I asked so I asked my partner to get the order fixed with the tag that even says (special request allergen, and they even put it on a separate bag and still got it wrong). As they did corrected their mistake, my partner who can’t understand their dialect (Tagalog) said that when he asked for the burger to be corrected to be lettuce wrap they laughed and chuckled as if my allergen is not important. My partner also mentioned that it took 3 people to make one burger. I got my burger and I felt disrespected and not taken seriously, they made my burger a salad at this point. The whole time I did not even enjoy my meal. Did not even eat it at this point. Very unprofessional and not a pleasant experience. Normally we enjoy coming to this facility with my family but since finding out that I am gluten intolerant who is avoiding gluten and still enjoy food and find alternatives is not a good experience.

Had the double cheese, with everything on and fries. Not a bad deal for the amount you get. Burgers are better than like Mcdonalds for around the same price.

Iconic. Not for their burgers, but definitely for their milkshakes and overall vibe. Burgers were just so average. Nothing special, gets the job done and that’s that. A bit pricey for what you’re getting. Onion rings were also just good, the portion was a big win. Milkshakes though? Thick and creamy and amazing. You can pick up to 3 of their many flavours to mix and match. Great concept and high quality using real ice cream! Cant beat the atmosphere here! The giant windows were great in giving an outdoor feeling while still being inside!
