Very dirty and unclean resturant never once seen a clean bathroom here . Aswell the size of the breakfast wrap is half the size of any other wendys.

Staff did their best and were great explaining the issue, but the app decided not to send to the store, and I could not receive my order as a result, despite being charged for it. I could not re-submit my order as the offer showed as redeemed. As the website for complaints will not load maps so I can submit the store info, I cannot submit a complaint online; and customer service hours are Monday to Friday, so I have to wait to issue a complaint. Very frustrated and disappointed by this experience. I would like to reiterate that staff on site were lovely - the app and how it interfaces with the store, as well as staff's limited options to manage the problem were the issue here. I was very disappointed that I could not show them my receipt and proof of purchase in my banking app to receive my food.

Wendy's is my go-to fast food spot. Especially with this 2 for $4 breakfast deal. The bacon breakfast wraps and the potatoes are the best. I also love the spicy chicken sandwich and their fries. At this location, my food is always hot and delicious!
