Reliability good food. When I visited the registers were down. The staff was very accommodating. They could only take cash at the time so, they kept my order warm and fresh while I had to go to an ATM, which they gave me directions to. I dealt with several employees and they were all very nice. One in particular was outstanding. I wish I could remember her name to brag on her.

Hopefully management sees this. Ordered a medium fry, and this is what I found in my bag with I got home. No, I was not eating fries on my way home lol I live like 5 minutes away. Service has been consistently bad. I hate to say it but it’s true and it’s been this way every time I’ve visited. Lots of other reviews say the same.

I ordered a bag of burgers from Braums on MLK and all of them look like they were old. Looks like they found them on the ground and decided that’s what they wanted to give me. I will never be going back to that Braum’s again!! Very disgusting!!!
