This location was my favorite up until a couple of months ago. They have really fallen behind on quality and their service sucks now. They also are taking 15+ minutes to take an order and make food. (I almost always order a McDouble and fries) any time after like 8pm. I understand not having as much staff at night but this is with a completely empty drive through. If a second person pulls up they wait until the other person has left before even taking an order. That means waiting 15+ minutes just to order when there’s no line.

Wanted to charge me $0.35 for a hot mustard pack yet I only get 50% of the fries I ordered. Now understand why they draw the pictures of the fries on the fry box.

Not great, was having troble with the app and tried to get help. Finally gave up on getting help. Than we ordered a combo and ask for a large tea. We were charged addional. 75 cents when the menu said all drinks were 1.00. Posted picture of there prices. When I ask they said it was 2.00 and told them there menu did not reflect that, didn't seem to care.
