Got a #3 with a large fry. Pulled up to get my food and lady said they had a minute and a half left for my burger and for me to pull up. I did, took them more than 6 minutes to get my burger and the burger is barely warm and my fry wasn’t even full. Not great.

I got the $ meal A burger, fry and nuggets and a orange soda. The burger was overcooked, The fries was cold, the drink was colorful soda water and the staff was rude, the manager gave us horrible service and when we tried to take it back they lied and said that everything was just cooked they never even appoligized for the mess they gave us I will never go back to this restaurant ever they always mess up food the customer service was zero and I was not rude I did not yell at them I did not cuss them out I understand because I worked for this company for years and I know how stressful it can be but my experience was unacceptable and I will not ever go back all the other places in town are so much better

I’ve had rude service over and over from a young manager who was pregnant. I just came through last week and ordered 2 sausage and egg and cheese McGriddles and I received one sausage egg and cheese McMuffin. I called the store to respectfully ask for this to be corrected at a later date. Today 10 minutes before leaving this review I went through the line with my recipe and I was denied my food and only got one sandwich and a manager avoided me. I used to be a general manager. This is very disappointing. All I wanted was 2 McGriddles and it says two McGriddles on the receipt. They know they messed up, just fix it please.
