I ordered tacos and they did not put any cheese on them. To the owner– Yes, we should receive our food properly made specially since we’ve had to pay for it. Please just tell your late night employees not to be lazy and finish preparing the food properly.

Have messed up our orders many times but tonight was the worst. Got home & they didn’t give us fries on either order so we went back. Had to get off & barely gave us any fries. Once home we were about to eat & they also messed up the burgers. At this point we were not driving back. How hard is it to get 2 munchie meals correct. That’s your job.

First of all, expensive, but what isn't now. But this isn't fast food. This is the quality of fast food with the wait time of fine dining. Slowest Jack in the Box I have ever witnessed. Its not hard guys, bun, fake meat, cheese, bun. Done. They need an audit.
