It's a hit or miss with this location, especially with the evening to closing crew. If your baconater looks like this, take it back like I did. We can't keep letting fast food employees get over on us because they want to be lazy in the kitchen. No way! Remake my order the correct way. It's that simple.

I went into this location. I’m an African-American man single father. I ordered food for my kids. They made mistakes on the food. The food was cold. Wasn’t fresh at all. Call the location spoke to management to get some type of resolution because it was a $40 order and management team at this location is very biased and disrespectful. I don’t even know how they’re in management. They don’t know how to deal with customers at all. very rude talk about the customer because they don’t know how to mute the phone very childish people at this location..

The night crew was very disrespectful - I made the mistake of pulling forward through the drive thru without letting them know I was the door dasher. Once at the window, I apologized to the lady but the store manager yelled at me and said to go around, which I did and they ended up calling the cops and had me cited for trespassing. Cops understood the misunderstanding and confirmed that the manager over reacted and was dramatic about the issue. Wendy's corporate needs re-train them on customer service, conflict resolution, work ethic and overall they need to learn to listen. Unfortunately this young generation has a lot to learn. And above all, the end customer was most affected by not getting his dinner.
