I WORK NIGHT SHIFT CLOSE TO THIS JACK n the box. I've been getting coffee at night here for years until a few months ago. They absolutely refuse to make coffee at night. Hoping to find a way to make a complaint that the owner will find out. I'm sure they're loosing money. Other than this major complaint from me. The food would be good. How are you open 24 hours and refuse to make coffee? Doesn't matter what what time at night. They always say "we don't have coffee right now" I asked we'll would you make some they said " No we make it in the morning" Really not cool 😒

First i order to eat in, they made it to go. Second the curly fries were over cooked. So i had them replaced. I order the Smashed Burger combo and a Jack Cheeseburger, both were disappointing in size and taste. I have not been going to fast food burger places for that reason and the cost. Saw the smashed burger on TV so i gave it a try, mistake. I will continue to fix them at home.
