Delicious as always! Big chicken strips nicely cooked to perfection. Didn’t care much for the slaw. Clean location friendly staff.

I love raising canes, but this location specifically makes me very upset. Is the third time I get chicken fingers here and they are ridiculous TINY. Literally they look more like a fried shrimp than a chicken finger. Makes me really mad. 1st and 2nd time I thought maybe they were running out of supplies since it was busy. But a third time is just frustrating. I have had this issue at other raising canes and they just size up the portion adding more chicken fingers to compensate the others. Just compare the chicken finger vs. the ketchup little package.

Every time I go through the drive thru they ask if I want ketchup which is awesome so I say yes plz, but 99% of the time I never see ketchup in my bag and have to ask them again for ketchup. Why ask me if I want ketchup if your not going to get me ketchup anyway. There is French fries in the meal I get every time, and I understand that some people don't like ketchup on there fries but I do sometimes. They should automatically put two things of ketchup in the bag so we the customer don't have to ask for it after them not putting it in the bag the first time. I Love Canes but this has been going on for years.
