I ordered French toast sticks (they were all stuck together), 4 slices of bacon (got about 2 slices with for $6) and cheddar groovy fries (were cold and wiggly not crisp what so ever). This is like the worst Sonic for food! Also, I was not given a receipt with my food!

Absolutely horrible customer service. The manager, Piper, was astonishingly dismissive and unapologetic. After clearly explaining that my order was made incorrectly and missing an ingredient, she responded by doubting my experience and questioning my honesty rather than addressing the issue. If you’re looking for a respectful or understanding interaction, avoid this place—especially if Piper is involved. Paid for extra brownie and there are only chocolate chips.

Love ths pretzels and cheese here. The issue is they don't put the $1.99 menu on the menu board. Do better.
