I ordered two shakes one large and one medium. After leaving Sonic, I realized the shakes seemed light in weight. However, I didn’t pay any attention to it. As I arrived home and was drinking my shake I soon realized the shake was half full would whipped cream and very little shake. Not a good experience. Considering I have kiddos, going back to the location is not feasible. The images represent the amount of whipped cream used in my shake. I made an indent in the cup for visibility. 10 out of 10 would not recommend.

Food is fine and servers are generally quick and polite. Biggest complaint is the amount of screens that don’t work. I had to try 3 different ones. Pretty annoying backing out and pulling into another broken one. We cannot see that it’s broken when driving up. One of them has a sign on the screen that you can’t see until you drive up. Put signs on the edge of the where it’s yellow so people can see the dang sign.

Sonic is one of my go-to fast food places because the food is usually really good; however, this location has disappointed me 2 out of 2 times. The first time my food smelled like dog poo. I am not even joking. When I was sitting there about to eat my burger, I started looking around to see if my dog had an accident, only to find out it was my food. I thought maybe I was crazy so I put it off to the side and started with my side. A couple minutes later my boyfriend was sniffing around and looking on the floor because he also smelled dog poo. I told him to smell my burger and he gagged. It was nearly black and just didn't look appetizing at all so we tossed it. We love Sonic, so we tried this location one more time in hopes that our first experience was just a one-off instance. This time I had ordered the pickle fries and found a curly black hair in them. I was so grossed out I just threw the food in the trash. It makes me sad because this location is so close to our house, but I would rather drive the extra couple miles to a different location instead. EDIT: 2/23/25 Well, we decided to give this location one more chance considering it’s just down the street and we were really craving limeades. However, the syrup for the Sprite was out and our limeades just tasted like club soda. They were so bad! I called and told them what happened and they said they’d remake them using a different soda machine (idk how true this was because I thought they only had one, but wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt). When we went back, they said they tasted the Sprite and it was fine, so they made a small limeade for us to try before they made our large ones. Same thing. If they actually tasted it, they would have known the Sprite was missing the syrup. We ended up just asking for a refund. We will never go back there again. They can’t even get a simple drink right. So disappointed. That’s 3/3 times we’ve gone there and something was wrong. STAY AWAY.
