We came in for a quick bite to eat. The gentleman who was running the front of the store was one of the kindest, most patient and professional individuals we have ever encountered at a quick service restaurant. In between taking orders, he would played up the previous order and the most important part was he acknowledged the next customer and told him that he would be with him in just a moment. This doesn’t happen very often anymore at all at almost all quick service restaurants. Just that amazing acknowledgment of the next customer change the attitude and demeanor of every person waiting in line because they noticed how hard this person was working to make sure everyone felt welcomed and got their food in a timely manner. After the line died down and everyone had their food the gentleman also did a quick walk of the dining room and asked how everyone was doing, which was absolutely incredible and kind. The food received a two because despite the order being taken correctly, and the receipt shows that the order was taken correctly some of the items were not prepared per the receipt. This gentleman did such a fantastic job taking our order and made us feel so incredibly welcomed. What a weird and wonderful experience

So first off, the service. The lady at the front counter was okay, but clearly overwhelmed when she had a line of about 5 people. She was a frail old lady that moved really slow, and I'm kinda just sad she's still working at her age. Also, a worker was standing by the fries and just staring at me, which was just strange. The food...was bad. Just bad. The chicken nuggets and fries had clearly been sitting out for hours. The nuggets were rubbery, and the fries were cold. I didn't see the chili until I got home, but the cashier didn't fill it all the way, and didn't put cheese and onions in, even though I paid extra for them. It was also VERY watery. The chicken sandwich was good, but the bun was dry. I think they need someone to come in and re-teach some policies

My baconator fries were cold to the point the cheese did not melt. Also the cashier was slightly rude as if she did not want to be there. I’m disappointed because usually i have a good experience at Wendy’s.
