I spent $17 on two "Biggie" bags. What a joke the biggie bag is. You get a burger the size of a slider, fries, 4 nuggets & a drink but we left hungry. We dined in but it isn't like there's much difference then eating in your car. I spent $22 on Monday at Chili's and got two large cheeseburgers, a huge amount of fries each, a salad & a drink and left full with fries still on the plate. We dined in, it was full service, we were served fast and it was very pleasant. It was far better meal at Chili's, well worth the cost & much more satisfying. My business partner and I won't be going to Wendy's in the future when a clearly better option is the Chili's.

I like the staff that works the drive thru. They are very polite and always kind when I come through the line. However the manager experience I received today was a bit upsetting. (That’s the one star I gave for service) My order was incorrect so I took it back. The manager a tall Caucasian man remade my order and messed it up again. When I made him aware he snatched the bag from me and threw it in the trash. I asked for my money back and he said he was going to remake it. To the manager you should learn from your staff how to treat people, they are kind and are doing a great job unlike yourself. Unfortunately that will be my last time going there. But I do feel like the lady at the drive through window should have his job she’s very professional just saying.

This like most Wendy’s at this point is beyond ridiculous as to why my good looks like this I asked for my food fresh and hot and this is the results on top of I had a coupon in the app for 2 for $4 jr bacon cheeseburger and was charged 17.84 and I got 1 overcooked dry fries and 2 sitting cheeseburgers reheated and not even warm enough for the sliced cheese to still be hard this place is terrible and they don’t even answer the phone DONT GO HERE!!!
