I ordered a $80.00 meal and I wish I went somewhere else. I ordered the food an hour in advance so they could at least prepare for it. I get there and nothing is ready. One of the workers was telling another worker to keep pushing my order back. Using my name out loud for me and everyone to hear. After finally getting my food we get to our event and the chicken had soggy spots. Looked very un appetizing. Not sure if they’re having kids run this place but everything was very unorganized and the result of their work was just as bad. I ordered Krispy chicken not soggy chicken…

My people told me the chickens were better, more jucy,crispy than KFC. Yes !! IT is.Besides， the sidedish were GOOD as well . The price is a little high as compared to the ones in Japan though, it shoud be tried !! I bet U 'll like IT.

I put in my order online to be picked up at 5:00 pm.. Got there on time, yet I've waited another 30 minutes till my food was ready. Got my burnt chicken after 30 minutes waiting.. No apologies at all . Dine in customer were serve way ahead than online order customer. While waiting, the cashier guy kept wiping his nose with his bare hand, then touched things around him without washing his hand. I also noticed that workers here don't wear gloves, which is supposed to be the number one practice since they're in food chain service.. would not recommend... won't come back here either.
