My experience at portillos was quite pleasant. It was a bit on the pricey side but made up for it with generous portions. The Italian beef sandwich was a bit soggy and could use more cheese. The chicken was very tasty. The service was fast but self severe . I would have to say that I would come here again, but not real soon. 🌭🍔🍟🍗👍❤️✨👏👞👓

Burger has a nice charred taste on the edges, good pickles, and fresh toppings. It's below 5 Guys but above InnOut in the burger hierarchy. The chocolate cake is mid, tastes kind of like a Little Debbie's or grocery store cake.

Fun place with great service, however the food is priced premium, but tastes low quality. The burgers taste fatty and frozen, the hotdogs are good, but the chili and other toppings are not great. Their cheese sauce, too oily. Look, I get the attraction here, but there are so many better burger choices, and the Hebrew national hotdog hole in the wall about 2 minutes from here has miles better hot dogs. My family of 4 spent $85 on dinner! That's just nuts for the quality of the food. Plus we all felt like we ate McDonald's afterwards. No thanks portillos. Completed the contact us request per the owner response.
