I've been here 5 times and each time had a problem. I've ordered through the mobile app and had to wait between 15-20 minutes for the food either through drive through or carry out. Twice of those through the drive thru, pulled up to the window told her my name she said it will be 20 minutes for the chicken(fast food?). I was frustrated but felt worse for the many cars behind me, had I not prepaid I would have just pulled away. Same thing happened when I did carry out, had to wait as if I Just ordered form the back of the line(fast food). What's the point of ordering ahead of time? Each time here I was met by a teenager who seemed to care less about anything and they had attitude. Shame on the owner for not fixing the complaints. New building, new everything but horrible service. This place needs a strong manager to put the right personnel in place.

The dining room is a lot smaller and less comfortable since the renovation, but the food and service were about the same, which isn't too bad. This location seems more focused on carryout orders more than dining in, so if you like doing that this place is good for you! I wish I got more pictures of the inside, but I didn't want to be that kind of person.

will more than likely be reaching out to corporate, i’d like to know what was so giggly about me at the drive thru window on monday the 17th at 2:25 pm, the old lady at the window started giggling at me, then proceeded to walk away and go get another worker to come to the window. who came to the window looked at me and then started giggling too as she turned back to the older lady. i’d like to laugh too. will be reaching out to corporate and the manager. oh and they can’t even get simple sauces right.
