Jack in the Box

Worst experience at a jack in the box. I ordered in the app and got tacos, halfsies fries, a chicken sandwich, and there was a coupon for a free breakfast jack. When I got home, I realized they didn’t put the fries in the bag. That sucks. Then going through the food, everything was soggy and cold. I open a taco and it’s literally a lettuce taco. I open the breakfast jack and see a whole eggshell right on top with a two green spots!! Ewww! The Chicken sandwich had soggy lettuce and an extreme amount of mayo. Overall this was a terrible experience. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra 5 minutes to literally anywhere else. 👎👎👎

I wish this jack n box was closer to home. How many Jack's would I pass in 10 miles? Hmmm ...?most certainly be worth it. It was painless.Very pleasant, very quick, very much up to par. If only the Laveen Jack N the Box @ 51st and Southern had such professionalism and easy going employees , but they don't. Well worth the drive. The order was correct, served with a smile and respectfully so and Jack should really pay attention!! Thanks guys, you deserve a shout-out!!

I ordered 2 tacos and a cheeseburger, it took 20 minutes to get my order when there is no one in the lobby or in the drive thru. Please do better! The manager made it right when I walked in to complain, but I had to walk in to complain when there should be no need.
