Excellent food, costs about the same as McDonald's or any other fast food place. The fries are bomb and always have been. Super impressed at how fast they got all of our food out. Took less then 60 seconds after I paid. 👍

Your staff need to be retrained in good customer service practices or your policies need to be changed. I understand you're busy at noon but it shouldn't take 15 minutes to acknowledge someone is standing at your window waiting for service. I was patiently waiting to ask for my pick up order but never had the chance. Every time the employee opened the window to speak to someone they IMMEDIATELY closed it after. Never bothered asking if anyone was waiting on a pick up order. You lost two customers behind me due to this behavior. My order was stone cold, no telling how long it was sitting there. Finally received my order and was going to ask for a straw but couldn't, because the window was closed IMMEDIATELY. Your heavy set, African American employee wasn't friendly in the slightest bit. Which is fine, if you do your job and are respectful. You failed on so many levels of customer service, it's absurd. I won't be going back. Food is good if it's not cold. Higher more employees if you're short staffed, pay them better if you can't higher anyone. No excuse for this experience.

Rolled through drive up, order took 3 min. We bought 2 Big Bufords. They were delish!
