I honestly don't know why I keep going back. The drinks are great and happy hour pricing is good.... But the app never ever works. The staff is rude and unwilling to ever accommodate any request. The app is constantly crashing. They have happy hour specials and certain deals you can only get on the app such as half price drinks.... But when the apps not working and you show that to the manager you would think they would accommodate and still offer you the half price deal since it's not your fault the app can't handle the traffic. Nope - if you can't place the order on the app you can't get the deal Tonight they closed at midnight..... I pulled in at 11:50 and spent 8 minutes trying to get the app to work. At 11:58 I didn't want to miss out since closing time is midnight so I gave up on the app and now attempted to drive thru. They refused to take my order and told me they were closing up.... Come on now, you see I've been sitting in your parking lot for 10 minutes, do the right thing and accept my order. Would it really be that big of a deal? All I wanted to order was a Coca-Cola. .. I wasn't asking him to open the grill up. I was simply asking him to put a cup under the soft drink machine. Simply poor business skills! My job keeps me in my car and on the road a minimum of 10 hours a day 6 days a week.... I spend almost $100 a week at Sonic.... No more! I'll find another place to quench my thirst.

23 minutes for 6 sodas. Hit the red button twice with no response and entire line of cars in drive-thru (including those that came after I had ordered and parked) was served prior to drinks coming out. I was told corporate was there and that is why. So the bosses cause customer service to suffer, bad judgement.

I didn’t even get food, but since when do fast food places in 2024 not take Apple Pay? I had already ordered all my food and then they say, “sorry we dont take Apple Pay” in a rude tone.
