Just received an order from this location through door dash and the quality of this food is completely unacceptable, especially for what is being charged. All of the food was cold. Chicken looked stale and over fried. The fries also looked stale. The chicken and fries look like they had been sitting out for hours. The 3 strip meal looked like it was opened and eaten out of with a strip missing. It looked exactly like the picture when I opened it. Absolutely ridiculous. Will not be eating from here again.

I came cause they forgot my food in my order and they said they couldn’t do anything, mind you just got out of church, my kids are hungry , I would not lie about no taco or food missing.…., and then they found the taco that was made and said “oohhh yeah we found it” customer service needs to be better. Specially if I’m coming to them with good attitude. They gave me the taco they found. When they said they would make me a fresh one. It’s okay. But please let’s be nicer. God bless 🫶🏽

I recently visited Whataburger and had a very disappointing experience. I ordered a hot Mexican coffee but was charged for a cold coffee instead. When I brought the mistake to the worker's attention, she responded in a whiny voice, "I already made it." I was then told it would be a 5-minute wait for the correct order. However, after waiting for 5 minutes, I was handed another cold brewed coffee by the lazy workers. To top it off, my sandwich was cold and just unappetizing. This visit was far from satisfactory, and I expected better service and quality from Whataburger.
